General Requirements
For the acquisition of Emergency travel certificate (ETC), please complete and present the following requirements below:
- Application letter addressed to the Ambassador, Embassy of Nigeria, Bucharest
- Travel plan (Port of entry-Nigeria) to be specified in application.
- 2 passport photographs
- Data page of the expired passport, if lost, a police report translated into English and apostilled. In case of damage passport, the hardcopy must - be presented for appropriate observation.
- Receipt of payment of issuance and Admin fees
